Step 1. Print out all the coloring pages for the Halloween Coloring Book. Cut out all the pages. |

Step 2. Make a colored border to decorate the last page of the book. Using the same technique shown in the Witch Hat Card, cut colored construction paper and/or colored card stock to created a border that shows all around the edge of the last page of the coloring book. |

Step 3. As you can see here, a colorful orange construction paper and gray card stock background have been made for the Halloween Coloring Book. The card stock, which is heavier paper than computer paper or construction paper, provides a better "back page" for the coloring book. |

Step 4. Line up all the coloring pages (the orange and gray border will show around all of the pages). Punch holes through all the pages as marked on the black witch hat. Use a hole punch or scissors. |

Step 5. Cut two lengths of curl ribbon (yarn or string). Push one end of the curl ribbon through one of the holes, tie, and then curl the ends using the flat blade of the scissors. Repeat for the other hole. At left, you can see the complete coloring book, with the orange and gray border background. This completes the Halloween Coloring Book instructions. |
