A quarter fold card is made by printing on one side of a piece of computer paper, plain card stock, or pre-scored quarter-fold card stock, and then folding it twice.

This is an example of using a piece of construction paper (shown here in pink), accordion-folded (tri-folded), so that it fits into a #10 business envelope (shown in green, at left). The picture of Easter Eggs is a free printable that can be downloaded from Mom's Break Easter.

With very little practice, you can make quarter-fold cards, such as the one shown here, without needing card-making software!

The trick is to use blank labels...and it is so simple!
